It’s Holiday party time
Join region members and friends as we welcome in the new year and celebrate all of the camaraderie we enjoyed as a group in 2018.
We will gather Jan. 5, 2019, at the historic Wisconsin Club once again.
Location: 900 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee. Enter off of 10th Street (entrance is north of Wisconsin Ave.) Valet parking.
Date: Jan. 5, 2019
Time: 6 p.m., for cocktails (cash bar); 7 p.m. dinner
Each attendee has a choice of one of these menu options:
Stuffed Chicken Marsala - Wild mushroom dressing rolled inside boneless chicken, roasted and sliced, finished with mushroom-enhanced Marsala wine sauce and red jacket potato champignon.
Beef Short Ribs – Boneless Angus short ribs with a cognac glacé with parsley herbed Yukon Gold potatoes, champagne asparagus, red pepper allumettes and daisy maple carrots.
Vegetarian Fantasia – Three ricotta and spinach stuffed pasta shells baked in Parmesan cream sauce, then topped with marinara sauce. Served with vegetable napoleon.
Dinner includes salad, chef’s vegetable medley, oven baked rolls, New York Cheese Cake and your choice of coffee, tea or milk.
Attire: Jackets and ties are required for men.
Cost: $45 per person for member and one guest. Additional guests are welcome and will be charged $60 per person.
